YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage on the following described property, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 212, Building No. 4, of Winston Gateway Apartments Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, Page(s) 97 & 98, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records of Book 3439, Page 658, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, WELTMAN, WEINBERG & REIS CO., L.P.A., whose address if 500 West Cypress Creek Road, #190, Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is September 12, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
