Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in this cause on August 3, 2011 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, which property is described as follows:

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on September 6, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., by electronic sale at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
