HOPPER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC; SYLVETTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on September 9, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
ALL THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: APARTMENT NO.3, BUILDING NO. 6000, THE SYLVETTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 70 THROUGH 76, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4816, PAGES 1768 THROUGH 1849, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
