NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 2nd, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-013224 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which BankUnited, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, William M. Robertson a/k/a William Malcolm Robertson, deceased, Tenant #1 n/k/a Ruth Berkemeyer, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 7th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
