NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage foreclosure dated August 3, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-001537-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein STABILIS FUND I, LP, a Delaware limited partnership is the Plaintiff and HARBORSIDE CONDOMINIUMS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, THOMAS R. NEWKIRK, an individual, MARK E. NEWKIRK, an individual, JASON P. MIZE, an individual, DANIEL R. SEFAIR, an individual, CITY OF CLEARWATER, and BEL CREST CONDOMINIUM, INC., a Florida corporation, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on September 22, 2011, described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17, of BEL CREST CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 6319, Page 2114, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with any and all Amendments thereto, as from time to time may be filed of record; and according to the Condominium Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 92, Page 70 of the public records aforesaid; together with an undivided share or interest in the Common Elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
