BAIRD, deceased, File # 11-4917 ES3, by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Room 106 Clearwater, FL 33756; that the total estimated cash value of the estate is $ 841,226.71 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are: Donald Cranston, Personal Representative, 1910 White Cedar Way Brandon, FL 33511.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against the decedent's Florida estate on whom a copy of notice is served within three months after the date of first publication of this notice must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the decedent's Florida estate must file their claims with this court WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
