Harrington is the Plaintiff and Robert G. Simek and Regions Bank are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash in an online sale at www.pinellasrealforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on August 25, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the UNIFORM FINAL JUDGMENT OF FORECLOSURE:
That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 209, GOLDEN FLAMINGO APARTMENT CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, page 4, Public records of Pinellas County, Florida formerly known as Apartment 209 and an undivided 1/8th interest in Lots 3, 4, 5 & 6, GLENSIDE SUBDIVISION according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46 page 55, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
