Situated in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, Unit No. 501 in Yacht House of Clearwater Point No. 7, a Condominium, together with all appurtenances to said unit, including the appurtenant undivided fractional interest in the common elements according to the Declaration of Condominium Ownership recorded in O.R. Book 4219, page 1252 and amended in O.R. Book 4235, Page 97, O.R. Book 4326, Page 1394 and O.R. Book 4498, Page 1138 and corrected in O.R. Book 4505, Page 559, all of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Plat Book 20, Pages 3, 4, 5 and 6. With the following street address: 851 S. Bayway Boulevard, #501, Clearwater Beach, Florida, 33767.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Joseph R. Cianfrone, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Suite A Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before September 12, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
