NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 5, 2011, in Case No. 10-12818CI-8 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank D/B/A Regions Mortgage, is Plaintiff, and Jack T. Murray, Unknown Spouse Of Jack T. Murray, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 6th day of September, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 307, of BAY ISLAND GROUP NO. 11, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 18, Page(s) 53 through 56, inclusive, and being further described in the certain Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3540, Pages 677 through 806, inclusive, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
