The units are self storage so no description of the property contained therein is available beyond the statement that the property is in Unit E-33.
Mission Plaza hereby demands that you pay the above-mentioned amounts within fourteen days from the date you receive this notice. If payment is not received within the fourteen days, the property will be advertised for sale and will be sold fifteen (15) days later. The proceeds from the sale will be applied to the balance owed on the storage units, the cost of holding the sale, and all attorneys' fees incurred in this matter. If the proceeds do not cover these costs, Mission Plaza will file suit against you to recover a deficiency judgment for the balance owed.
