TO: ALL CREDITORS AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES please take notice that:
1. On August 3, 2011, a Petition was filed commencing an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors, pursuant to Chapter 727, Fla. Stat. (1997), made by TNT Media Group, Inc., Assignor, with its principal place of business at 161 Vollmer Avenue, Oldsmar, FL 34677, to Larry S. Hyman, Assignee, whose address is 106 South Tampania Avenue, Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33609.
2. Pursuant to §727.105, Fla. Stat. (1997), no proceeding may be commenced against the Assignee except as provided in Chapter 727, and excepting the case of the secured creditor enforcing its right in collateral under Chapter 679, there shall be no levy, execution, attachment or the like, in connection with any judgment or claim against assets of the Estate, other than real property, in the possession, custody or control of the Assignee.
3. YOU ARE HEREBY FURTHER NOTIFIED that in order to receive any dividend in this proceeding, you must file a Proof of Claim (a copy of which is enclosed) with the Assignee, Larry S. Hyman, PO Box 18614, Tampa, FL 33679, on or before December 1, 2011.
