NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1 day of August , 2011, and entered in Case No. 09 22424 CI 15 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GULF BREEZE RESORTS, INC.etc., is the Plaintiff, and SHARI C. HUBBARD, et al., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on September 2, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

All in BAY & BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 10129, at Page 2437, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
