Gas Dryers; Two (2) Paloma Water Heaters; Two (2) Hamilton change machines; Drink and snack machine; Updated air-conditioners; Saratoga 400 slot hanging floor laundry conveyer; Multiple signs; Two (2) electronic washer/dryers; Two (2) R&B Digital Scales; Sixteen (16) laundry carts; Computer and printers with software; Soap machine; Three (3) safes/money boxes; Two (2) televisions; Vista 20 Burglar Alarm/Attendant Management System; Office supplies; Furniture including six (6) benches, two 4-seat cocktail tables, two 4-seat seating units, custom counter work and 18 inch tile flooring, located on or incident to the real property located in Pinellas County, Florida, and located at 2134-6 East Bay Drive, Largo, FL 33771.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of September, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
