NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated July 29, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-012269-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for ABFC 2006-OPT1 Trust, ABFC Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-OPT1, Plaintiff and Linda Rohling and Erik Rohling are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on August 25, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 316, LESS THE EASTERLY 10 FEET THEREOF, BROWN ACRES UNIT 7-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
