NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010618ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN BEASMAN, WENDELL R. LEE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN BEASMAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WENDELL R. LEE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st day of September, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 1/2 OF LOTS 19 AND 20, IN BLOCK 126, CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, (FORMERLY TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS), AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
