UNIT 5711-302, ALLEGRO PALM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16173, PAGE 1823, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 5711 LEGACY CRESCENT PLACE UNIT 302, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on September 6th, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
