NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2011 in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on 7 September, 2011, at 10:00 AM, at 2nd Floor, Rm. 202 of George E. Edgecomb Courthouse - 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602 for the following described property:
Lot 17, Less the Southerly 10.00 feet thereof, Block 1, River grove Park, according to the Plat thereof on file in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 31, Page 100, said lands situate, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida;
said Southerly 10.00 feet of said Lot 17 being that part lying Southerly of a line 10.00 feet North of and parallel to the dividing line between Lots 17 and 18, Block 1.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
