NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 1st, 2011, and entered in 11-5347 DIV D of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and WAYNE C. WILLIAMS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WAYNE C. WILLIAMS N/K/A GLENDA WILLIAMS, ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC, PALISADES COLLECTION, LLC, ASSIGNEE OF AT&T, FISHHAWK RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BLDG, RM 202 at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00 p.m. on October 25th, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
