NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2nd, 2011, and entered in 29-2008-CA-012783 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-HY8C MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HY8C, is the Plaintiff and JULIO MATEO A/K/A JULIO C MATEO, JR., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIO MATEO A/K/A KAREN MATEO, SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., JOHN DOE A/K/A GREGORY JONES, JANE DOE A/K/A BARBARA BOALTS are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, in ROOM 202, IN THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, 2ND FLOOR, at 10:00am on September 8th, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 4, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 32, PHASE 3 AND 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGES 73-1, 73-2 AND 73-3 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 13243 PRESTWICK DRIVE, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
