NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28th, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-CC-016364-L, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PANTHER TRACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and BLESSING AKPOFURE is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 2nd day of September, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 26, PANTHER TRACE PHASE 1B/1C, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 96, Page 23, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
