NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered September 8, 2010 in Case No. 2008-CA-021147 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff, and, JASON MAYER AKA JASON R. MAYER, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on September 8, 2011 at 2PM. on the Real Foreclosure website in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes for the following describe property:
LOT 9, BLOCK 3, NORTH LAKES, SECTION “C” AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, M PAGE 29 OF THE Public Records Of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
