NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 4, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-15790 DIV D UCN: 292009CA015790XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Successor Trustee to Bank of America, National Association, as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A. ss Trustee for the Mlmi Trust Series 2006-RM2 is Plaintiff and RAUL FLYNN; JESSICA ALLEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR RESMAE MORTGAGE CORPORATION MIN NO. 100241010014759852; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title Or Interest In The Property Herein described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 6 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
