Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22 day of July, 2011 and entered in CASE NO.: 09-CC-034141, of the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Crosswynde Condominium Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Doreen Grisolia and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., for Primary Capital Advisors LC are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at the Hillsborough County Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, 2nd Floor, Tampa, Florida 33602 at 2:00 P.M., on the 9 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 21-303, CROSSWYNDE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15774 AT PAGE 0503, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
