NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15TH day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-4655-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11 A.M. on the 31st day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT S-203, THE VILLAGES AT EMERALD LAKES THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1700, PAGES 1967 THROUGH 2059, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
