NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 29, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-000510 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P is the Plaintiff and ELAINE P. FISCHER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELAINE P. FISCHER N/K/A CRAIG GRANCHI; LAKE POINT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JASPER GUTHRIE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 31st day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT A-204, LAKE POINTE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1345, PAGES 971 THROUGH 1046, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
