NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 30, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-004636 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE TRUST AGREEMENT FOR THE STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST SERIES 2004-BNC2 is the Plaintiff and JAMES F. CLARK; DEBBIE LYNN CLARK; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 29 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
EAST 75 FEET TO WEST 150 OF TRACT 114, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 27, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 17 AND 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
