NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 3, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2008CA006287 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and MARIA RUIZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; KEY ROYAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A NADINA CHAINE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 31st day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
