NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 29, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-009834 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY ON BEHALF OF FINANCIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-WMC1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-WMC1 is the Plaintiff and LEONARDO GONZALEZ; JESSENIA GONZALEZ; CHANTE M. GARCIA; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; FOREST PARK MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 29th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
