NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 29, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-008160 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein SAXON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC.1, is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL TARRAGO A/K/A RAFAEL D. TARRAGO; BANK OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 31st day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 105 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 96, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 68, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
