NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 29, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-10261-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. IBERIABANK is Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. CURIALE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL J. CURIALE; HUONG VU CURIALE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; GLOBAL MAINTENANCE & RESTORATION, INC.; CITY OF MARCO ISLAND, FLORIDA; THE SHERWIN-WILLIAMS COMPANY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, at Naples, in COLLIER County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 29th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 4 OF MARCO HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
