notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-008378 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and J. Scott Bumgarner a/k/a Jeffrey S. Bumgarner and T. Danielle Bumgarner a/k/a Tamara D. Bumgarner, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on August 29, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 93, SATURNIA LAKES-PLAT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 56 THROUGH 65, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
