NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of July, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-003525, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CHERYL JORESKI, JEFFREY SCOTT NESBIT A/K/A JEFFREY S. NESBIT, KATHERINE NESBIT, FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 31st day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 828, FAIRWAYS PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3866, PAGE 4006 THROUGH 4127, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
