NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 16, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008-CA-08581, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein M & I MARSHALL AND ISLEY BANK is Plaintiff, and ALLEN DUQUET; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALLEN DUQUET; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES,OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ISLA DEL SOL VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; FIDDLER'S CREEK FOUNDATION, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS CONSERVATOR AND/OR RECEIVER FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION., are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., on the 31st day of August, 2011, at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 1st Fl, Annex Bldg Naples, FL 34112 on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
lot 15, of isla del sol at fiddler's creek, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 34, pages 5 through 7, public records of collier county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
