notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 2, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005349 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Thomas W. Broyles a/k/a Thomas Wayne Broyles and Betty L. Broyles a/k/a Betty Lou Broyles, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 AT 11:00 A.M., August 31, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 60, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 61, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 86, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. BE THE SAME MORE OR LESS, BUT SUBJECT TO ALL LEGAL HIGHWAYS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
