notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 29, 2011, entered in Case No.: 09-1794-CA of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Mario E. Rodriguez, Unknown Spouse Of Mario E. Rodriguez, Suntrust Bank; Fifth Third Bank and Golden Gate Estates, LLC, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at The Atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112-5324, on August 29, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., thethe following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Legal: THE WEST 75 FEET OF WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 108 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 65, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
