notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-003595, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and HECTOR G. GARCIA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the FIRST FLOOR of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 1806 OF GULFVIEW APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8 AT PAGES 25 TO 46 AND MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 603 PAGE 454 AND AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
