notice is hereby given pursuant to the A Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated July 27, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2011-CC-1262-VM of the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein Mariposa at Whippoorwill Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida Not for Profit Corporation, is Plaintiff and AARON DIXON and HEATHER DIXON.; the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the First Floor of the Collier Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 9-101 of Mariposa at Whippoorwill Condominium, a Condominium, According to the Declaration of Condominium as Recorded in OR Book 3919 Commencing at Page 2136 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
