YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Final Report and Accounting and a Petition for Discharge have been filed by JOHN V. BICKFORD, JR. and CAMERON S. BICKFORD, SR., the Limited Co-Guardians of the person and Plenary Co-Guardians of the property of LORETTA S. BICKFORD (the Ward), in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 East Tamiami Trail, P.O. Box 413044, Naples, FL 34101-3044. The names and addresses of the co-guardians and the co-guardians' attorney are set forth below.
A Petition for Discharge has been filed upon the grounds of change of domicile of the Ward. The co-guardians will apply for discharge on October 3, 2011. The jurisdiction of the Ward will be transferred to the foreign jurisdiction. You are required to file with the Clerk of the above Court within the later of thirty (30) days from the date of service of the Petition for Discharge upon you or the date of first publication of the notice, any objections to the Final Report and Accounting and Petition for Discharge, and to serve a copy thereof on petitioners' attorney and on other interested persons. Any objection must be in writing and must state with particularity each item to which the objection is directed and the grounds on which the objection is based. The objection is abandoned unless a notice of hearing is served on the guardian and other interested persons within 90 days after the objection is filed.
