Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated August 23, 2011, entered in Case No. 09-4703-CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in an for Collier County, Florida wherein Waterfront in Naples Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff and Gary T. McIntosh and Addolorata G.E. McIntosh are Defendants.
I wish to sell to the highest bidder for cash, at 11:00 a.m. in the First Floor Atrium, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Government Complex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, on 1st day of September, 2011, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes the following described real property as set forth in the Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit No. 2262-A, the Waterfront on Naples, Phase I, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1481, Pages 1618 through 1664, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the recording of the Claim of Lien may claim the surplus.
