UNIT NO. 419 OF METROPOLITAN AT LAKE EOLA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7630, PAGE 3798, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO THE USE OF PARKING SPACE #55 AND #56 124, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 8th day of September, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
