AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and SERGIO MORALES, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 29th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
