NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-007516-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of September, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 119, AVALON PARK NORTHWEST VILLAGE PHASES 2,3 and 4, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 63, Pages 94 through 103, inclusive, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
