NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling foreclosure sale on July 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010413-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein countrywide home loans servicing lp, is Plaintiff and angela miranda, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www. myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 98, waterford chase village, tract c-3 phase 1, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book 41, pages 52 and 53 of the public records of orange county, florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
