NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48 2009 CA 025344 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and DAVID P. MARTINOV, NATIONAL CITY BANK, TOWNHOMES AT HARPER PLACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID P. MARTINOV and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A LANA VANDYKE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 12th day of September, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, TOWNHOMES AT HARPER PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 35 AND 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
