NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 4th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-04898, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein chase home finance, llc is the Plaintiff and sayed kaghazi; alhambra court owners association, inc.; unknown tenant (s); in possession of the subject property are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 8th day of September, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 110, building b, alhambra courts, phase ii, and the undivided share in the land, common elements, and common expenses appurtenant to said unit, all in accordance with, and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, and terms and other provisions of the declaration of condominium of alhambra courts, phase ii, a condominium recorded in official records book 3563, page 536, amendments recorded in official records book 3642, page 2696, and official records book 3764, page 2308, of the publoic records ob orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
