NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 11th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-14253, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein deutsche bank national trust company, as indenture trustee, on behalf of the holders of the accredited mortgage loan trust 2006-2 asset backed notes is the Plaintiff and courtney o coombs; lake butler sound community association, inc; adrianne coombs; unknown tenant (s); in possession of the subject property are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 22nd day of September, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 134, reserve unit one, according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 38, pages 133 and 134, of the public records of orange county, florida
