NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 9th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-14547, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein indymac federal bank, fsb is the Plaintiff and socorro a gil; mortgage electronic registration systems, incorporated as nominee for mortgageit, inc.; moss park ridge homeowners association, inc.; joaquin gil; unknown tenant (s); in possession of the subject property are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 20th day of September, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 126, moss park ridge, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 66, pages 83 through 91, inclusive, of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
