NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure filed March 08, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-ca-054808 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein citimortgage, inc., is Plaintiff, and kenneth m. samudio, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 11, in block 119, unit 12, of lehigh acres, section 12, township 44 south, range 26 east, lehigh acres, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 15, page 61, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
