NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 21, 2009, and entered in Case No. 36-2009-ca-057493, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. hsbc bank usa, n.a., as indenture trustee for the registered noteholders of renaissance home equity loan trust 2006-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and Charles anthony doss; paula d. doss f/k/a paula d. harris, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 1 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot(S) 3, block 42, palmlee park, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 6, page(S) 1, of the public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
