NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-007039 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for the Benefit of Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust Inc. Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-HE3, is the Plaintiff and Francene D. Fraser-Miller, Samuel M. Miller, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 29 day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
